We ship using trusted global couriers including FedEx, UPS, and other secure logistics partners. All shipments include insurance coverage for your peace of mind.

🔹 Shipping Locations
We currently deliver to Canada, the USA, and Mexico. For international buyers outside these regions, please contact us for availability.

🔹 Shipping Origin
Your diamonds are shipped directly from Canada or India, depending on sourcing and availability.

🔹 Estimated Delivery Times
Loose Diamonds: 8–12 business days

Custom Jewelry: 2–4 weeks (depending on design confirmation and production time)

Tracking information will be provided once your order is dispatched.

🔹 Shipping Charges
Free shipping on all orders above $15,000 CAD

For orders below that amount, shipping fees will be shared during your quotation process.

Shipping rates are the same across Canada and the USA. Shipping to Mexico or other countries will be confirmed during order processing.

All customs duties, VAT, and import taxes are the responsibility of the buyer in their respective country.
